At Knotzee, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how refunds, returns, and exchanges work for both physical and digital products.
📦 Physical Product Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
🚫 Non-Returnable Physical Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Used or damaged items not caused by us
💻 Digital Products (Important)
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
However, we will gladly assist you if:
- The file is corrupted or not working
- You did not receive your download
- There is an error in the product description
In such cases, please contact us and we will:
- Provide a replacement file, or
- Offer a refund if the issue cannot be resolved
💸 Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected (for physical items):
- You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
🔁 Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (for physical items).
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
❗ Order Cancellations
- Physical orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
- Digital orders cannot be canceled once the download has been delivered
