Refund policy

At Knotzee, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how refunds, returns, and exchanges work for both physical and digital products.


📦 Physical Product Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Physical Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

💻 Digital Products (Important)

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

However, we will gladly assist you if:

  • The file is corrupted or not working
  • You did not receive your download
  • There is an error in the product description

In such cases, please contact us and we will:

  • Provide a replacement file, or
  • Offer a refund if the issue cannot be resolved

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected (for physical items):

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.


🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (for physical items).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

❗ Order Cancellations

  • Physical orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • Digital orders cannot be canceled once the download has been delivered
